1988:A position at the Forum Prague hotel
1993-97:Member of the Czech national team of cooks and confectioners
1994:Named Knight of the International Association of Masters Counsel in French Gastronomies
1994:A three-week internship in France, including a course at the school of Gaston Lenotre
1996:Cook of the year 1995
1996:Bronze and silver medals at the Berlin Culinary Olympics
1996:A two-week internship in France, including a one-week course with Patrick Pages
1997-2000:Captain of the Czech national team of cooks and confectioners
1998:Sous-chef de cuisine at Renaissance Prague hotel
1999:Chef de cuisine at Renaissance Prague hotel
2002:Chef de cuisine at Panorama Prague hotel
2005:A two-week course at the John Folse Culinary Institute, Thibodaux, Louisiana
